The first trailer for Don’t Move is here, starring Kelsey Asbille in the Yellowstone Netflix horror movie.
The personalized story
In a tense film, a woman goes looking for peace and quiet in a secluded forest. Harmless, right? Well, that notion is turned on its head when we meet the mysterious stranger who injects a paralytic agent into our lady hero. This all starts with Asbille’s character gasping for air while saying, ‘What did you do to me?’
Tension Span
The voice of the captor is then laid over the unfolding of the narrative, letting us know she roughly has twenty minutes before she can’t move at all. His breakdown of this time-frame is eerie and nail-biting as we watch how the agent will affect her body. Chaos comes to a head in the trailer when she stumbles upon a cop and manages to half-say, ‘Help me,’ indicating the severity of her circumstances. We see brief glimpses of more characters – Finn Wittrock among them – and some really shocking visuals that hint to more horror.
Survival on The Line
The urgency of her situation is detailed a bit more in the film’s official rundown: she has to run, hide, and basically survive before the soft paralyte completes its circuit throughout her body. Directed by Adam Schindler and Brian Netto, Don’t Move is backed by horror god Sam Raimi in the production department. There’s also Daniel Francis, Moray Treadwell, and a script penned by TJ Cimfel alongside David White.
They’re Happy So We’re Happy
They’re Happy So We’re Happy: The director announced this project last year with plenty of joy and excitement. Offering fun times for the horror audiences, Asbille and Wittrock breathe life back into their respective roles, prompting moviegoers’ excitement.
